Acceptable Use Policy

MOEE is an advanced software engineering tool designed for legitimate business activities including e-commerce multi-store management, social media marketing coordination, privacy research, automated web application testing, and security auditing.

Zero-Interference Standard: Because MOEE operates as a hermetically sandboxed local application, we do not monitor your web sessions or inspect the websites you visit. However, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely and exclusively responsible for the legality of all activities conducted through the Software.

You explicitly agree NOT to utilize the Software to:

• Launch distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, automated vulnerability exploits, or brute-force authentication attacks against any server or infrastructure;
• Distribute malicious software, trojans, ransomware, or keyloggers;
• Conduct unlawful financial fraud, credit card laundering, or phishing schemes;
• Circumvent government trade sanctions or export restrictions;
• Violate child safety regulations or distribute harmful, abusive, or non-consensual content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOEE, its developers, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

Quotas, Subscriptions & Crypto Wallet

Subscription Structure: The Pro Plan is billed at the base rate of $20.00 / month, granting 50 profiles and 2 team seats. Additional capacity can be provisioned at $0.50 / profile / month (minimum 5-profile increments) and $0.20 / seat / month.

Self-Hosted Crypto Wallet: To eliminate blockchain micro-transaction fees on minor add-on purchases, MOEE provides an internal pre-funded account balance system:

• Supported Networks: Deposits are accepted via supported cryptocurrency networks in USDT or native USDC tokens.
• Minimum Deposit: To prevent spam transactions and network congestion, the minimum deposit amount is $10.00 USD.
• Proration & Renewals: Mid-cycle purchases of additional profiles or seats are prorated against your internal balance, and your subsequent renewal cycle invoice automatically recalculates.
• Blockchain Finality: Cryptocurrency deposits confirmed on the supported public blockchain are final, immutable, and non-refundable once credited to your MOEE ledger balance.

Proxy Routing & Direct Network Tunnels

Non-Custodial Proxy Architecture: MOEE provides native protocol handlers for HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxy configurations. When you assign a proxy to a browser profile:

• All outbound traffic is routed directly from your client host machine through your designated proxy server to destination websites;
• MOEE operates no intermediate man-in-the-middle (MITM) proxy relays and never intercepts, reads, or records your proxy payloads;
• MOEE provides no warranty regarding the uptime, speed, anonymity, or IP reputation of external proxy providers supplied by users.

Local Sandboxing & Storage Encryption

Each browser profile executes in an isolated operating system sandbox partition (persist:profile_<id>) with independent cookie stores, cache partitions, WebSQL/IndexedDB databases, and hardware locks (profile.lock).

Local profile data is stored on your host machine's drive. While MOEE enforces process isolation and storage manifests, you are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your machine, operating system passwords, and any local profile backup exports.

Third-Party Platform Policies

MOEE incorporates sophisticated deterministic browser fingerprinting spoofing (Canvas, WebGL, AudioContext, Client Hints, and CDP hooks) to prevent unwarranted cross-site device tracking.

However, third-party online platforms, web services, and anti-fraud heuristics evolve continuously. MOEE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES WILL NEVER DETECT, RESTRICT, BAN, OR TERMINATE ACCOUNTS ACCESSED THROUGH THE SOFTWARE. The risk of account restrictions imposed by third parties rests entirely with the User.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The Software, including its graphical interface, source code, compiled binaries, stealth heuristics, logos, documentation, and the name "MOEE Anti-Detect Browser", are the exclusive property of MOEE Technologies and protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

MOEE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, SECURE AGAINST ALL FORMS OF FINGERPRINTING DETECTION, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY ARBITRARY OPERATING SYSTEM CONFIGURATION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOEE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY;
• ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS OR RESTRICTIONS ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS;
• LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF LOCAL SESSION COOKIES OR DATA;
• PROXY NETWORK DROPS OR CRYPTOCURRENCY BLOCKCHAIN VOLATILITY.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, MOEE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD) OR THE ACTUAL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO MOEE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Suspension & Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and deleting your local profile data.

MOEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to cloud synchronization endpoints or license entitlements immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or attempted to compromise Software security.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law principles. In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of these Terms, the parties agree to seek informal resolution in good faith for a period of not less than thirty (30) days before initiating formal arbitration proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
