Zero-Knowledge Philosophy

At MOEE Technologies ("MOEE", "we", "us"), our primary architectural design directive is: We do not want your personal data, and we do not store your browsing data.

Mainstream commercial browsers are designed around centralized user profiling, constant diagnostic telemetry, and advertising beacons. In contrast, MOEE Anti-Detect Browser was engineered from the foundation as an isolated virtualized sandboxing environment for professionals who require hermetic privacy, deterministic fingerprint isolation, and zero telemetry leaks.

What We Explicitly Do NOT Collect (Zero Logs)

To ensure absolute clarity, the following data points are NEVER collected, logged, inspected, or transmitted to MOEE servers:

What We Minimally Process

To provision software licenses, authenticate users, and manage account capacity, we process only the bare minimum technical data:

• Account Email: Collected when you register or sign in. Used solely to dispatch your secure OAuth token and bind your active subscription plan.
• Subscription & Quota Tier: Metadata regarding your active plan (free or pro), total allocated profiles (e.g. 50 profiles), and team seat grants.
• Client Version Check: When the application checks for updates, your client sends its current version string (v1.0.0.11) to query the availability of new secure application updates. No hardware identifier is collected during update checks.

Local Sandboxing & Storage Architecture

All browser environments are partitioned locally on your computer:

• Partition Hermetic Isolation: Each profile runs under a distinct Chromium partition (persist:profile_<id>). Cookies, IndexedDB, and cache from Profile A can never leak into Profile B.
• Hardware Locks & PID Safety: Profile locks (profile.lock) are stored locally in the profile directory to prevent multi-instance race conditions.
• Optional Cloud Sync (End-to-End Encrypted): If you explicitly choose to sync a profile across devices, the profile snapshot is encrypted on your machine using AES-256 prior to cloud transmission. Only your authorized devices can decrypt the session.

Network & Proxy Privacy

Direct Proxy Tunnels: When you enter proxy credentials (HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5) into MOEE:

• Proxy credentials are encrypted locally in your client's SQLite database;
• All web traffic tunnels directly between your computer and the proxy server;
• MOEE operates no intermediate man-in-the-middle proxy servers;
• WebRTC Leak Mitigation: WebRTC IP handling policy is automatically forced to disable_non_proxied_udp, preventing destination websites from discovering your real host IP address.

Cryptocurrency & Internal Wallet Privacy

To avoid blockchain micro-fees on minor add-on purchases, MOEE utilizes a non-custodial self-hosted wallet top-up model on supported cryptocurrency networks:

• No Banking Data Collected: We do not collect credit card numbers, bank account details, or billing addresses;
• Public Blockchain Verification: When you deposit USDT or native USDC, our edge system verifies the public transaction hash (tx_hash) on the public blockchain ledger to credit your account balance;
• Non-Custodial: MOEE never possesses or requests your crypto wallet private keys or seed phrases.

Third-Party Infrastructure Providers

We partner only with security-hardened enterprise infrastructure providers:

• Authentication Providers: Facilitates fast, passwordless account sign-in and registration. Only your verified email address and basic profile identifier are exchanged.
• Cloud Hosting & CDN: Hosts our static web assets and API services with industry-standard DDoS protection and TLS 1.3 encryption.
• Secure Database Cloud: Stores user email and plan quotas with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Multi-tenant partitioning guarantees strict workspace isolation.

User Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you maintain complete sovereignty over your information:

• Right to Access: You may inspect all account details, active profile quotas, and wallet balance directly in the desktop app's Settings and Billing sections.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You may request immediate and irreversible deletion of your account email and cloud sync archives by emailing privacy@moee.app.
• Right to Data Portability: You can export all local profile configurations, bookmarks, and cookies to standard JSON files at any time.
• Zero Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information under any circumstances.

Data Retention & Automatic Purging

- Local Profile Data: Exists entirely on your local machine and is permanently deleted whenever you click "Delete Profile" or uninstall the application.
- Account Record: Maintained as long as your workspace account is active. Upon receipt of a verified deletion request, all cloud metadata is permanently erased within 48 hours.

Children's Privacy Protection

The Software and Services are intended exclusively for commercial, developer, and adult professional use. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

Policy Modifications

If we make material changes to our minimal data collection policies, we will notify users through our client software release update banner and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
